At The Rock Montessori School, our focus is on nurturing destiny fulfilling disciples of Jesus Christ using Christian based principles and broad based education to develop intellectual leaders who will positively affect their community through selfless service. The school provides a unique environment for the promotion of academic excellence, character development, spiritual growth and patriotism.
Brief History
The Rock Montessori School was established on April 29th, 1991 at Amodu Tijani Street in Victoria Island with just four children. The journey from Amodu Tijani went on to Dolphin Estate and on to Obafemi Anibaba street, off Admiralty road, and now to our permanent location on The Rock Drive, Lekki phase 1. The list of children who have passed through the school and making impact in their various fields of endeavour is amazing.
Our Facility
For this reason we insist on small class sizes and place great emphasis on the individual attention given to every child by the class and subject teachers. Situated in the quiet suburb of the Lekki Scheme 1 Estate in Lagos, the school is easily accessible from either direction on the Lekki-Epe axis and is approximately a 15-minute drive from Victoria Island and 20 minutes from Victoria Garden City.
